The Global IP NOC provides 24/7 monitoring to ensure superior customer service and provide proactive resolutions to any problems that may occur. General NOC support is available Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST. Global IP also provides optional emergency after-hours support for customers to report any down DSL, T1, MPLS, Cable, Point-to-Point, FiOS, etc. connections.
